Summer is here, time for new beginnings! In this session we will use pictures of ourselves as the starting point for our explorer session.

 

Finding ourselves - or at least a corner of ourselves we can pull on to find more later - in the middle of all the "must", "should", "would", or "could" jungle of our everyday lives. The horses give us immediate, clear, and unbiased feedback on who we are in the present moment. We experience ourselves, body and soul. This information is the best raw material for life lived on inner truth.

Location: Hollesley near Woodbridge, Suffolk

Bring a picture of yourself you like because you feel it is "really me".

​

Light lunch and water provided. Please wear weather-appropriate, comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes.

No prior experience with horses needed, and the session does not include any horseback riding.
